As another happy customer, I can add that I recently got data from Metrion scientists for manual electrophysiology testing of compounds against a native cell current. The data look fantastic and reproduced the recombinant cell potency. I gave them no information about the compounds, and they noted that one was a state-dependent blocker, showed example traces, and reported IC50s for peak current inhibition and area under the trace. They are also very careful in how they solubilize, dilute and store the samples.
