Dr Tom Ashmore is Senior Business Development Director - Europe, at Metrion. With more than a decade of experience in the life sciences sector, Tom has a proven track record of forging long-term partnerships and supporting drug discovery and development pipelines for virtual organisations, small and medium biotechs, and multinational pharmaceutical companies worldwide. He joined Metrion from HistologiX, where he served as Business Development Manager.

Tom holds a PhD in Biochemistry and Comparative Physiology from the University of Cambridge, bringing a deep scientific understanding and analytical approach to his client engagement and strategic development work.
