As another happy customer, I can add that I recently got data from Metrion scientists for manual electrophysiology testing of compounds against a native cell current. The data look fantastic and reproduced the recombinant cell potency. I gave them no information about the compounds, and they noted that one was a state-dependent blocker, showed example traces, and reported IC50s for peak current inhibition and area under the trace. They are also very careful in how they solubilize, dilute and store the samples.

We are very encouraged by the data and appreciate the detailed description of the analysis. These discussions are very useful to the team and highlight the complexities of these experiments in terms of execution and interpretation.

Attention to detail with executing the study and the quality of reports is the best we have ever seen. By far the most accurate and well interpreted data. Explanations clear for a non-expert to understand.
