Metrion Biosciences will be attending the Sophion Ion Channel Modulation Symposium taking place in Tokyo at the end of May 2024.
Synopsis:
ICMS brings together a broad range of people from academia, CROs and the pharmaceutical industry to discuss the science of ion channel modulation. The symposium will feature more than 20 speakers from labs around the world presenting to around 130 attendees. The ICMS meeting has become a sought-after event and is currently Europe’s preferred ion channel meeting.
Invited speakers will address diverse research areas over two days of talks and poster sessions, spiced with breaks long enough to meet new people and forge new relationships. From voltage-gated to ligand-gated channels, from structural biology to drug discovery, the meeting covers a broad range of ion channels, presents important issues in modulating these targets for drug discovery purposes, and aims to explore new technologies and approaches to the research.
